Student Financing

Students doing our Level 2 and Level 3 courses are self-financing.  We offer payment plans for students who are on low incomes.  In some cases if students cannot afford to finance their course, we can offer a bursary place. This is our policy to ensure that we offer equality and have as diverse groups as possible. The decision as to whether to award a bursary place will be calculated on a case by case basis.

For the Level 4 Diploma course financing options are available from the Skills Agency. From 2018 the Banbury Counselling Academy is on the Provider Register for Career Development Loans.  This means that students can finance their studies by taking out a bank loan through the Student Finance Company.  This is not the same as the loans for University Students which are paid back over many years when they are earning over a certain amount. Students pay their Career Development Loans back once the course has finished.  While the student is on the course, the Skills Agency pays the interest on the loan.  More information on the Career Development Loan can be found at this website:
