Thank you for being courageous and taking the first step towards finding your counsellor. I’m Lucinda and I welcome you to get in touch and ask any questions you may have about counselling and what you can expect.
There are times in life when we feel out of control, anxious, burdened by our thoughts and feelings. It's ok to ask for help, counselling can help you feel calmer, less stressed, improves relationships with those around you, can improve sleeping patterns, helps you juggle your work/life balance, helps you relax, laugh, become more assertive, learn to say no and increase your self-care. In making these positive changes for yourself it can impact on all those you love around you.
Together we will work through your thoughts and feelings and build a relationship between us with mutual trust and respect, providing a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space, to talk through and explore everything you’ve been keeping locked inside.
We are all unique and working as an integrative therapist I tailor each session to suit you and your needs. Some of the issues that I have experience of working with include:

I am trained in Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Person-Centred therapy and the Rewind Technique, which means that I tailor each session to suit you. I have a diploma in therapeutic counselling and am currently continuing my training with an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as a previous BA Hons.
I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and abide by their ethical framework.
I charge £45 for a 50-minute session and am available at the Banbury Therapy Centre on a Tuesday from 5-9pm and a Thursday from 9-1pm, and other times can be available if needed.
