Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor

You may not realise why you are feeling a certain way, or you may have a specific focus you would like to work through in the counselling room.  However your concerns present, I aim to provide a safe and confidential place to explore any issues which have arisen in your life, and help to provide some insight and perspective.

A bit about me…

My core Integrative training draws from Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic principles. I also have training in Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt therapy, and Group therapy.  This enables me to mould my way of working to your needs, and any issues you may bring to counselling.

I am a registered and accredited member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their framework of good practice. I have over ten years’ experience working with various mental health organisations and charities.

A bit about the sessions…

Our minds can often become full and jumbled with all life throws at us. Together, we can use the time to work through any issues in a calm and non-judgemental setting.  You will hopefully then begin to see a clearer path for your life’s journey to continue along.

- I can offer short term therapy (usually 6-12 weekly sessions), or  longer-term work depending on your need

- I am happy to work with anyone over the age of 16
