We can all experience challenges in our lives which can leave us feeling overwhelmed. Often it can be hard sharing these thoughts or feelings with family or loved ones.
Counselling offers a safe place without judgement or advice, where difficult, painful or confusing feelings can be explored.
Perhaps there isn’t a single issue and counselling can help make sense of or clarify what might be troubling you, this may only require a few sessions or perhaps longer term depending on what is needed.
I am a person-centred counsellor and work with my clients supporting them to help give them the tools and self-awareness to manage life’s challenges.
I have experience working at Mind with a wide range of issues including:
· Panic attacks
· Bereavement and Loss
· Life stage crisis
· Relationship issues
