Cathy Tustain-Heath

Banbury Therapy Group Intergrative Psychotherapist/movement psychotherapist

In my Creative Psychotherapy sessions there is a focus on the mind and body connection, therefore we are free to move around in the space, rather than staying sat down if you wish to. Sessions are client led, which means that we can explore whatever you want to focus on that day, using therapy props, movement, art or play as well as talking. There is a focus on the relationship between the client and therapist and the holding environment that we will be creating. You do not have to have any experience in art/ dance/ movement to be involved in Creative Psychotherapy, I will be led by your needs and do as much or as little movement as preferred.

You have made a huge first step in looking for a therapist, to support you on your therapy journey. We can work together to understand your current worries or past experiences, with no pressure to have to do or say anything that you do not wat to say. In this non-judgemental space we will CONNECT, EXPLORE, CREATE and REFLECT.

I have 7 years experience as a qualified Psychotherapist and 13 years experience as a foster carer. I offer Creative Psychotherapy for children, young people, and adults, in a one to one and group setting Creative Psychotherapy can support:
