Hello, I’m Kate.

I know that taking the first step to come to therapy can be daunting, but my aim is to offer you a safe space where you can truly be yourself. I offer face to face, online and phone sessions (please note that for couples work I only offer face to face sessions).

I am an integrative therapist; this means that I will work with you in a range of ways to help you to make sense of what is happening for you. Together we can look at how to shape the therapy to your needs; we can explore what is happening in the present and how the past could be affecting how you feel now. I am a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework. I ensure that you receive a confidential and professional counselling service.

I work with a wide range of issues but have an interest in working with trauma, addiction, imposter syndrome, abuse, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I also have an interest in working with clients who have a loved one that has suffered a brain injury.

I am available at the Banbury Therapy Centre on Thursdays 1pm to 9pm

I charge £55 for a 50-minute session for individual therapy

For couples, I charge £75 for a 50-minute session, please note I do not offer online or phone sessions to couples.

I am currently studying for my level 6 in clinical supervision. I can offer low cost supervision to at £30 per hour. This can be either face to face or via Zoom. I like to offer a collaborative space where we can work together as equals to work through your case load but also help to develop you as a therapist. Please note that if you are currently studying your CPCAB level 4 diploma at the Banbury Counselling Academy you can see me but the hours will not count towards your supervision as you need to see a fully qualified supervisor.
